How I Eat

I'm living with my issue and not denying it.  

Its not the Right thing to do, but i dont hate myself.

After living with Hunger Pangs, Mood Swings, and other health issues from my Ana life style. 
The small amount of calories I consume are from health supplements. This keeps my body from freaking out. I don't binge anymore. I do purge if I  get stuck having to eat infront of people.

(Day 1) Reg meal day - 785 calories, 30+ min Aerobics
(Day 2) Reg meal day - 785 calories, 30+ min Aerobics 
(Day 3) Reg meal day - 785 calories, 30+ min Aerobics 
(Day 4) Reg meal day - 785 calories, 30+ min Aerobics 
(Day 5) Reg meal day - 785 calories, 30+ min Aerobics 
(Day 6) Fasting day
(Day 7) Fasting day

Important - Never fast more than 2 days! The Body will start consuming Muscle instead of Fat!
Important - Eat snacks with: Chromium Chelavite inhibits the synthesis of new Fat from carbohydrates, regulates enzyme functions and fat metabolism

Caffeine! Caffeine! will help :)
